Racing Wheels Europe/Wiborg Engineering Return Policy

 

Note: We always try to be flexible and help the customer out and find the best possible solution in all situations. Below are the guidelines but if you have any issues, regrets, wrong orders or problems let us know and we will try to find the best possible solution.
 

  • Returnable Items

 

Please fill out a return/exchange form using the link at the bottom to request a return or exchange. Our staff will review your request, and if eligible will provide you with a return authorization slip. All returning Konig/Advanti products must be accompanied by a return authorization slip to be eligible for refund or exchange. Items are thoroughly inspected by us for problems once received. Refunds are only issued upon receipt, and if the item(s) is determined to qualify as a return.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt to detect any possible issues. Packages damaged in transit must be noted immediately.

  • Non Returnable Items

 

Used items cannot be returned, only warranty replaced. Wheels cannot be returned for any reason if wheels show any signs of use. Examples of use are: once a tire is mounted to the rim, the wheel is bolted to a hub. Spacers, lugs, studs, and any other hardware that show any signs of use cannot be returned.

There are no returns on special orders.

  • Unwanted Items

 

Unwanted items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping on Returns and Exchanges

 

There is no refund for any shipping charges on returned items. Actual cost of shipping will be removed from refunds on items with free shipping/fixed rate shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping on both returns and exchanges.

  • Condition of Returned Items

 

All returned items must be in unused, original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
